This policy is written to meet the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), under which the operator is established, and the Australian Privacy Principles of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), under which most users of this app will be located. Where the two differ, the app is built to satisfy both, which is straightforward here: it processes no personal data at all.
Nothing. The app has no network permission and makes no network requests of any kind. It contains no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting, no tracking pixels and no third-party SDKs that transmit data. There is no account and no sign-up. We never see that you installed it, opened it, or answered anything.

None of this is personal data in the sense of Article 4 GDPR as far as we are concerned, because we never receive it and cannot connect it to you. It never leaves your device unless you yourself back up your device.
Deleting the app removes everything it has stored. There is nothing to request from us, because we hold nothing.
If you have iCloud Backup or Android Backup switched on, your operating system may include the app's storage in that backup. That backup is handled by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies, not by us, and we have no access to it. You can exclude the app in your device settings.
The purchase is handled entirely by Apple or by Google. They process the payment, they hold the payment details, and they decide what they tell us. We receive only anonymous sales reports — numbers of sales by country, never who bought anything. Apple and Google act as separate controllers for that processing:
If you write to us about the app, we process your email address and whatever you put in the message, on the legal basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in answering you. We keep the correspondence as long as needed to deal with it, and delete it afterwards. Please do not send us health information or anything else you would not want in an ordinary email: there is no reason for us to have it.
The app is aimed at qualified pharmacists and is not directed at children. It collects nothing from anyone, of any age.
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Articles 15–21), and the right to complain to a supervisory authority (Article 77). Under the Australian Privacy Principles you have rights of access and correction. In practice there is nothing for us to give you, correct or erase, because we hold no data about you. If you believe otherwise, write to the address above and we will look into it.
If the app ever changes in a way that affects this policy, the policy is updated before that version is published, and the date at the top changes with it.
