Wattle Pharmacy Prep is an independent study aid for pharmacists preparing for the Overseas Pharmacist Readiness Assessment (OPRA®) in Australia. It contains practice questions written for this app, with explanations.
The questions and explanations were written with care and reviewed by a pharmacist, but pharmacy practice, scheduling, subsidy arrangements and guidelines change, and some requirements differ between states and territories. The content reflects the state of knowledge at the time of writing. Exam format, content areas and requirements are set by the Australian Pharmacy Council and can change at any time; only the Council's own information is binding. Please report anything you believe to be wrong to adrinasoftware@gmail.com.
Buying the app gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use it on your own devices under the rules of the store you bought it from. You may not copy, extract, republish, resell or redistribute the question bank or the explanations, in whole or in part, or use them to train or evaluate a machine-learning system. The content is protected by copyright.
Your purchase contract is with Apple or with Google, under their terms, and refunds are handled by them. Statutory warranty rights and consumer guarantees — including those under the Australian Consumer Law and under German law — apply and are not limited by these terms.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For ordinary negligence we are liable only for breach of an obligation whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on which you may reasonably rely, and then only for foreseeable damage typical of this kind of contract. Any liability beyond that is excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
OPRA® and Overseas Pharmacist Readiness Assessment are trade marks of the Australian Pharmacy Council. They are used in this app and on this site only to describe the exam the app prepares for. No claim to those marks is made, and no association with their owner is claimed or implied.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are habitually resident — for Australian users, that includes the Australian Consumer Law.
